Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all charging cables, accessories, and instruction manuals that were included in the box.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
